Multi Colours

Well this update seems to be a collection from a Dulux colour chart.  Starting off with some Network Rail yellow and a dash of Departmental black thanks to a double test train which ended up parked up at Rugby station.  Parked up were the vehicles from Ultrasonic Test Unit 2 (UT2), Structure Gauging Train (SGT) and the Radio Survey coach.  The only downside to it all was the very cold wind and the snow deciding to come down whilst I was taking the images.

Other vehicles photographed were AZA 9701AZA 9708AZA 72612QXX 975081QXX 975280, and the unique ZXQ DC 460000.

The next colour on the chart is some Bardon Aggregates blue.  I had reason to go down to Hampshire the other week.  With a spare couple of hours I popped into Basingstoke rail station then took the train down to Eastleigh where I was able to photograph the international registered Bardon Aggregates JRA hopper wagons.  Whilst these vehicles should be blue they seem to be carrying a lot of graffiti currently.  I was lucky enough to be able to photograph the wagons at Basingstoke and then again at Eastleigh whilst they were in the consist of 6O49 10:51 Neasden to Wool.

The last update today gives us a splash of DB Schenker red thanks to being able to photograph 90 029 on my previous rotation of night shifts.
