BLS at Erstfeld

Another day, another update.  After finishing the German loco update I have now moved onto, and finished the Swiss loco’ update.  First image to whet your appetite is a pair of locomotives, part of the BLS stable of locomotives.

Bern-Lötschberg-Simplon Railway (BLS) is celebrating its 100th birthday this year.  Many of the BLS locomotives have had stickers applied to celebrate this event.

The middle of the week produced the best of the weather, whilst the start and end of the week were wet and cold.  The shot below was taken whilst waiting for my train to Zürich Airport and there is no way to convey how cold I was accept to admit that after photographing this train I decided the hobby could go rot for a few hours whilst I warmed up back in the hotel over a coffee or two.
